open source contributions
supercontributor in Hacktoberfest 2025 · merged into 6 open-source projects
Added a port-forward history feature to Kubeli, a Kubernetes management UI. Engineers can now see their recent port-forward sessions and re-run them in a single click, instead of re-typing pod names and ports every time. a small but real quality-of-life win for everyday cluster work.
Fixed the composer's expand-and-collapse behaviour in Claudian, a popular Obsidian plugin that brings Claude into your notes. The input area used to jump and resize awkwardly when pasting long prompts or attaching an image, so I reworked it to resize predictably. The PR was closed, but the maintainer folded the fix straight into the codebase.
Built a configurable rate-limiting middleware for the Superheroes API, a Django REST Framework project. It adds custom request throttling with sensible per-client limits to protect the API from abuse and keep it stable under load.
Shipped three features to this Tiptap-based document editor, including a multi-page A4 layout with page management, a modal for inserting and editing links, and a styling pass for consistent rendering. Together they bring a real word-processor feel to a browser-based editor.
Added a Count Vowels string-algorithm visualizer to AlgoVisualizer, an interactive learning tool. It animates the scan step by step so learners can watch how the algorithm works, with routing wired cleanly into the existing app.
Authored cryptography learning chapters for CryptoG, an educational resource for cryptography. Across two merged PRs I added structured lessons that help newcomers build up the core concepts from the ground.
the stack i build with
